Anna Gudmundson - CEO Fitbug Holdings plc
Anna has over 10 years of management experience in the technology sector: successfully building and managing the services and applications department during her time as Head of Services at luxury mobile phone company Vertu, leading large scale multi-national projects at Alcatel-Lucent in the mobile and telecom sector, and developing new marketing solutions for large global brands and leading businesses into new categories and territories. Most recently she has been running her own consultancy, working directly with executive teams of SME's in the technology industry globally to help businesses with their product roadmap, product portfolio strategy, business strategy and values, price and product positioning, budget management, development processes, team structure and roles, software tools and technology, brand strategy, culture change and other core business areas. Her primary industry involvement has been within mobile, software, online products, and big data; with important experience in CRM and loyalty, user experience and consumer behaviour, digital services and consumer applications across global markets, cross-platform, and multi-channel.
Richard Goodlad - CFO Fitbug Holdings
Richard joined Fitbug as COO in April 2016. He has extensive experience in both CFO and COO roles in high growth businesses. Having started his career at Siemens, Richard was appointed by GE Capital as CFO of Dione Limited, which grew from a turnover of £12.2m to £40m and was successfully sold to Lipman Electronic Engineering for US$ 120m in 2004. He then became CFO of Blue Hackle Group where he migrated the business to the US following the sale of 48% to a US private equity fund in 2010. Prior to joining Fitbug he had been CFO of Servebase Group Limited and then COO of Miura Systems Limited, which he built from a virtual start-up, with few active clients, into a major global supplier with a turnover exceeding US$ 33m per annum in two years.
Donald Stewart - Chairman
Donald has extensive experience with AIM quoted companies and a proven track record within the growth arena. In April 2013 he joined the board of Progility Plc (formerly ILX Group Plc), and was involved in the implementation of its growth strategy, taking it from a £17m turnover business with around 80 employees to a £60m turnover business with nearly 700 employees in the UK, Middle East, India and Australia by 2015. Prior to Progility Plc, he was a corporate partner with three different UK law firms and has over 25 years' experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and related corporate, insolvency and regulatory issues. Donald is a Director (and past Chairman) of the Quoted Companies Alliance, the UK not-for-profit organisation dedicated to promoting the cause of smaller quoted companies. He has also published extensively on matters affecting SME financing and regulatory developments in publications as diverse as the Financial Times, Bloomberg Law Reports, Management Today and the International Financial Law Review.
Heidi Steiger - Non-Executive Director
Heidi has significant experience serving on corporate boards of both public and private companies. Heidi, who earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia University, has held executive management roles in a range of sectors including Financial Services, Media and Investment Management. Until April 2015, she was Eastern Region President of the Private Client Reserve of US Bank, the fifth largest commercial bank in the USA. Prior to this role, Heidi had been an advisory director at Berkshire Capital Securities, President of Worth Magazine and President of Lowenhaupt Global Advisors, LLC. These roles followed 18 years as Executive Vice President at Neuberger Berman, directly responsible for the wealth management business, having started her career at Fidelity Management Group. During her tenure at Neuberger Berman, she grew the business to 70% of the firm’s revenues, leading to the initial public offering of the company in 1999 and its subsequent sale to Lehman in 2003. She also serves, or has served, on the boards of Aviva USA, Nuclear Electric Insurance Ltd., CIFG Holding Ltd and Eaton Vance mutual funds.
Dr. Mark Ollila - Non-Executive Director
Based in San Diego, as an industry leader in mobile media and technology, Dr Ollila has experience in driving innovation and new technologies, with cross functional leadership expertise in research & development, engineering, marketing, and business development. He is currently Chief of Staff and General Manager of the Innovation and New Products group at Verve Mobile, a leader in mobile location based advertising. Prior to this, Dr Ollila was at Nokia where he held a variety of senior roles, including leading the smart devices long term roadmap and innovation portfolio. He played an integral role in the development and roll-out of Nokia’s services, ranging from games, app stores, photo and video sharing and new publisher intake tools, with global reach in the hundreds of millions of handsets. Ollila was also a core member of the deal team between Nokia and Microsoft in the strategic agreement in 2011, managing product requirements. During Dr Ollila’s tenure, he delivered many first-of-their-kind, industry-winning services and solutions, and, most recently, was responsible for complementary products in connected devices. Dr Ollila is a member of Southern California’s start-up incubator EvoNexus’s selection committee and an expert in residence at UC Irvine Applied Innovation. He also serves as an advisor to multiple companies in entertainment, games and new technology, and previously served on the advisory board of the Game Developers Conference (Mobile) and, until 2010, was a board member of the EMEA Chapter of Mobile Ecosystem Forum, the global trade body addressing issues affecting the broadening mobile ecosystem.
